1st Stoughton Scout Group

2007 is the centenary of Scouting. To celebrate, the Jamboree was held in Essex, UK. The Explorer Unit were represented by two of its members going to this prestigious event with Scouts from all around the world. We hope to provide details on their experiences soon.

1st Stoughton Scout Group, along with other groups in the area also provide Home Hospitality (HoHo) after the Jamboree. 34 Taiwanese Scouts stayed in the Guildford area for 3 days seeing what home life in the UK is like. Everybody had a good time and there were even lots of tears when it was time to say goodbye.
